OptiWorks introduces 100G and 400G transceivers and active optical cables

BizLink's wholly-owned subsidiary, OptiWorks, which designs and manufactures high performance optical communications products, will introduce several high speed communications products at CIOE in Shenzhen, China and ECOC in Dublin, Ireland. These products include 100G QSFP28 CWDM4 transceivers, 100G QSFP28 AOC, and 400G QSFP-DD AOC.     

OptiWorks 100G CWDM4 transceivers are designed for use in 100Gbps Ethernet links for up to 10km over a duplex single mode fiber to minimize the cost of fiber deployment in hyperscale data centers. These 100G QSFP28 CWDM4 transceivers are manufactured using advanced automated alignment and testing processes to achieve the highest reliability and quality standards. It features low power consumption with an operating temperature of up to 70ºC. These transceivers are compliant to the QSFP28 MSA, CWDM4 MSA and IEEE 802.3bm standards. 

The OptiWorks 100G Active Optical Cable is a 4 pair parallel active optical cable for storage, data, and high performance computing connectivity. It offers 4 independent data transmission channels and 4 data receiving channels via multimode fibers, each capable of transmission speeds of 25Gbps, achieving an aggregate data rate of 100Gbps over 100 meters of transmission. This product is compliant to the SFF8436, 8432, 8472, IEEE 802.3bm and IEEE802.3by standards.

The OptiWorks 400G Active Optical Cable is an 8 pair parallel active optical cable for storage, data, and high performance computing connectivity. It offers 8 independent data transmission channels and 8 data receiving channels via multimode fibers, each capable of transmission speeds of 53Gbps, enabling an aggregate data rate of 400Gbps over 100 meters of transmission. This product is compliant to the SFF8436, 8432, 8472 and IEEE 802.3bm standards.
