Responsibilities:

• You will organize initial meetings to familiarize yourself with the project
• You will monitor project tasks and record them through the Dashboard, you will organize meetings to present new customer requests locally and follow up on previously assigned tasks.
• You will report on a weekly basis about the status of projects to the leader of the production team
• You will prepare documentation for the SOP, you will follow through the SOP Checklist
• You will support the calculation department in order to recalculate the product after the changes
• You will participate in the sampling process, you will propose innovations and technical solutions
• You will be in communication and cooperation with clients (customers).
• You will support process engineers and technicians in the implementation of changes in serial production
• You will be in charge of making changes to drawings and product documentation and data management
• You will provide the necessary information to production technicians for the creation of BOM and BOL documentation, product drawing and reporting
• You will provide basic information for the procurement of product materials
   

Qualifications:

• VI or VII degree of vocational education
• You have at least 3 years of engineering experience
• To use the English language well
• That you have excellent organizational skills
• That the MS Office or Google Workspace environment is completely close to you (primarily Excel, Google Sheet)
• It is desirable that you led a smaller team or worked as a project leader within which you managed the SOP
