Materials Department-Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Supply chain management: Responsible for managing and optimizing the company's supply chain, ensuring the smooth supply of products and services, and reducing costs by reducing inventory and optimizing supplier relationships.
- Outsourcer management: Responsible for cooperating with outsourcers, negotiating contract terms, ensuring good supply relationships, and supervising the performance of outsourcers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- Procurement Management: Responsible for overseeing procurement activities, ensuring purchasing actions are consistent with budget and policy, and ensuring accurate orders by working with internal departments.
- Inventory Management: Responsible for monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure a balance between supply and demand for products while reducing inventory costs and risks.
- Cost Control: Responsible for overseeing the budget and expenditures of the materials department and minimizing costs by adopting effective cost control strategies.
- Team Management: Responsible for leading and managing the team in the Materials Department, including training and developing team members to ensure they can perform their responsibilities effectively.
Qualifications:
- Those with more than 5 years of management experience are preferred.
