Senior Institutional Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Mechanical design of automotive and medical products, familiarity with automotive connector products is preferred.
- Familiar with structural stress simulation, such as FEM and other software applications
- Performance verification of product mechanical components and formulation and execution of test methods
- Conduct mold design discussions with suppliers
Qualifications:
- Have professional knowledge related to machinery and molds
- Proficient in using engineering design software such as AutoCAD and Pro/E drawing software
- Able to reach a consensus plan based on customer requirements and negotiate with customers, and then estimate the work cycle based on this. Have experience in surface treatment and structural parts design.
- Be proficient in product assembly design skills; that is, assembly-oriented design, which makes the assembly process simple, the assembly efficiency high, the assembly defects few, the assembly cost low and the assembly quality high.
