Company: BizLink Technology (Changzhou) Ltd.
Location: Greater China-Jiangsu-Changzhou
Responsibilities:
- Meeting schedule/Meeting preparation internal and external
- Check E-mail/E-mail communication
- Travel management (Hotel and Ticket Reservations for the sales team)
- Follow-up of RFQs, projects and all sales related open issues
- Preparation Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting for the account managers
- Handle International and National Customers
- Occasionally Attend Customer visits, preparation of required data and meeting minutes.
Qualifications:
- Above Bachelor, Commercial or economics
- Over two years Sales officer or Customer Service, experience or relative field sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good ability in planning, organizing, coordinating, analyzing
- Can work well under pressure, Persistent
- Mandrin, advanced English skills (understanding, speaking, reading and writing)
- Advanced knowledge of all Office software(Office, SAP, CRM)
