Company: BizLink (Kunshan) Co., Ltd.

Location: Greater China-Jiangsu-Kunshan

Responsibilities:

  • In response to customers’ RFI or RFQ, lead RD team and marketing team to come up with most feasible and competitive architecture of BizLink’s implementation that meets the PRD (product requirements document) of said RFI or RFQ
  • Market research and establish 1~3 years technology & product road map for market segments
  • To spot technology trends of the interconnect industry and foster company’s capability to ride on these trends for capturing new markets and new business
  • To develop and form an aerial vision on interconnect industry in general and applications in IT industry for steering BizLink in the right direction and finding its best position in the industry and market
  • To develop a 5-year BizLink business growth plan based on growth plans of product portfolio, customer portfolio and market segments
  • To engage with OEMs on ODM projects by properly aligning BizLink’s capabilities and resources for best practice and best execution

Qualifications:

  • Sales Engineer is outgoing and responsive, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and affinity
  • Higher self-motivation consciousness, strong anti-pressure ability
  • Proactive, responsible and self-discipline, teamwork spirit, can be integrated into the team as soon as possible, independent learning and as soon as possible to master the performance of the company's various products and excellent features
  • Electrical engineering and automation, electromechanical, marketing related majors are preferred;
