BizLink Expands New PVC Extrusion Plant in Trenčianske Bohuslavice, Slovakia

BizLink, a global leader in interconnect solutions, today announced the grand opening of a new PVC extrusion plant in Trenčianske Bohuslavice, Slovakia. This new facility will widen the product and solution portfolio and serve as one of BizLink’s PVC hubs in Europe. By integrating PVC compounding in the value chain, BizLink enables a competitive position in PVC cable manufacturing and unleashes the potential of its salesforce.

BizLink acquired the Electrical Appliances business unit in 2017, and since then the business unit has evolved and expanded together with its marketplace and stakeholders. One of the crucial keys to the successful transition was the right direction of vertical integration, which was best exemplified with this new facility of in-house PVC compounding and rubber extrusion. This new PVC extrusion plant is expected to accelerate business growth for the company’s electrical appliances product segment and to set a new cornerstone for business development. The capacities and capabilities of the plant can also be expanded to other product segments for a long-term value, helping to gain an edge in European markets.
