BizLink Holding Inc. Signs Definitive Purchase Agreement for the Acquisition of Speedy Industrial Supplies Pte Ltd

TAIPEI, February 20, 2020 – BizLink Holding Inc., a leading global interconnect solutions provider, announced today that it has signed a definitive purchase agreement to wholly acquire Speedy Industrial Supplies Pte Ltd for SGD 65 million in cash. This deal is expected to close in the first half of 2020.

Singapore-based Speedy Industrial Supplies Pte Ltd was founded in 1987, and has factories in Singapore and in Malaysia. Speedy Industrial is a leading EMS provider with in-house manufacturing capabilities from wire harnesses to PCBA's to box builds and to systems solutions for high-mix, low-volume Semiconductor Equipment, Medical Equipment, and Precision Equipment industries in Asia, USA, and in Europe.
