Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical consultation with customers and checking customer requirements in terms of technical feasibility, possibly in cooperation with specialist departments.
  • Verification of existing technical solutions for suitability and applicability, determination and approval of design solutions with specialist departments.
  • Technical processing of energy systems/cables according to customer requirements, including parts lists and technical data sheets.
  • Coordination of deadlines with specialist departments, obtaining technical descriptions, compiling and supplementing them, preparing documentation for processing offers.
  • Preparation of cost calculations based on selected solutions.
  • Creation of master data in the information system.
  • Technical support for specialist departments on productrelated issues, e.g. complaint handling, sampling support.
  • Communication in English

Job Requirements

  • Verification of customer requirements from a commercial feasibility perspective
  • Independent processing of customer inquiries (creation of quotes) from both domestic and international customers
  • Independent processing of orders, including a comparison of quoted/agreedupon conditions; in case of discrepancies, coordination with specialist departments and order confirmation
  • Supervision of timely delivery to the customer and, in case of delays, timely written notification to the customer
  • Issuing invoices and credit notes
  • Issuing, sending, and tracking proofs of delivery for tax purposes
  • Creation of a calculated price in the information system with regard to different product groups; if necessary, consultation with the sales department to determine the selling price
  • Data maintenance in the information system
  • Checks and data entry for new customers (export control, creditworthiness verification, risk assessment, VAT, etc.)
  • Supervision and collection of unpaid invoices
  • Document and general correspondence management
  • Monitoring the status of quotes
  • Receiving, processing, and tracking customer complaints, initiating corrective actions and customer proceedings
  • Daily communication in English
