Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for fixture design and solution development during product development;
- Responsible for analyzing and improving production anomalies, analyzing and improving defective products, and optimizing fixture solutions;
- Responsible for verifying new product fixtures and organizing reports, as well as debugging production equipment required for fixture verification;
- Responsible for the introduction and validation of new machinery and equipment;
- Responsible for transferring production fixtures for massproduced models to the equipment department for storage in accordance with company system procedures;
- Responsible for optimizing and improving production line fixtures (including safety measures, efficiency improvements, reducing waste, and improving yield rates).
