Laboratory Engineer
BizLink is seeking a meticulous and systematic Laboratory Engineer to maintain the highest standards of our testing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for defining test procedures, calibrating precision instruments, and providing actionable test reports to support our R&D engineering teams. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in planning and allocating Quality Assurance (QA) resources to ensure all project testing requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish standardized test procedures and execute comprehensive testing in strict accordance with specified protocols or standard inspection manuals.
- Perform regular inspection and precise calibration of testing tools, and conduct routine maintenance on all laboratory testing equipment to ensure optimal accuracy.
- Document test results meticulously and generate detailed, analytical test reports to assist R&D engineers in identifying and troubleshooting root causes of failures.
- Plan and allocate Quality Assurance (QA) team resources effectively to ensure the flawless execution of test plans, dynamically adjusting resources to meet varying project schedules and testing demands.
- Execute other laboratory operations and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of professional working experience, with a strong preference for candidates possessing direct experience in laboratory operations.
- Basic proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
- Strong familiarity with ISO 9000 quality management system standards.
- Proven expertise in operating chemical testing instruments and general laboratory equipment, coupled with the ability to conduct instrument requirement analysis.
- High proficiency in utilizing document processing tools, specifically Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides).
- Possession of a Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification is highly preferred.
