Customer service representatives work directly with customers to provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions, and process orders

Key Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible in coordination with material department in arranging and confirm customer delivery schedule
  • Handles customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limits
  • Follow up the shipment commitment and payment with customer
  • Handling the customer orders based on Sales Order Entry
  • Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Any other job may be assigned by his / her superior

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management or in any disciplines
  • Ability to multi task and manage time effiectively
  • Execellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarinspeaking clients
