Customer service representatives work directly with customers to provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions, and process orders

Key Responsibilities:
- To be responsible in coordination with material department in arranging and confirm customer delivery schedule
- Handles customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limits
- Follow up the shipment commitment and payment with customer
- Handling the customer orders based on Sales Order Entry
- Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Any other job may be assigned by his / her superior
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Management or in any disciplines
- Ability to multi task and manage time effiectively
- Execellent communication and presentation skills
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarinspeaking clients
