Automation engineer
The automation Engineer will be the technical lead for all in-house automation initiatives. You will take "non-standard" requirements from concept to full production reality—designing, assembling, and debugging custom machinery that drives factory efficiency and meets stringent EHS safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of non-standard equipment, including internal design, assembly, and debugging; formulate technical requirements and acceptance standards, and lead acceptance testing; implement production and maintenance.
- Develop and revise equipment operating procedures, provide technical guidance to technicians, and train them on standardized operation.
- Achieve partial automation based on factory improvement or EHS requirements.
- Design and debug small-scale equipment in collaboration with RD/PE/PIE teams based on new product development needs.
- Assist equipment department technicians in analyzing and addressing equipment malfunctions.
- Other tasks temporarily assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in the design and manufacture of non-standard equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical or electrical principles; able to independently analyze and propose improvements.
- Familiar with ISO-related internal audits, engineering design and development processes; some training in safety certification; excellent communication and coordination skills; able to independently analyze and propose improvements.
