BizLink Holding Inc., a leading global provider of interconnectivity solutions, has been recognized with a Top 5% ranking in the 11th Corporate Governance Evaluation conducted by the Taiwan Stock Exchange. The company also earned a Top 10% ranking in the Electronics Industry with a Market Value Above NT$10 Billion category.
The awards ceremony was held on June 12 at the Taipei International Convention Center, where BizLink Holding Chairman Mr. Roger Liang personally accepted the award—underscoring BizLink’s commitment to and achievements in corporate governance.
Jointly organized by the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) and Taipei Exchange (TPEx), the Corporate Governance Evaluation assesses listed companies across four key dimensions:
- Protecting shareholder rights and treating shareholders equitably
- Enhancing board composition and operation
- Increasing information transparency
- Promoting sustainable development
BizLink performed exceptionally across all categories and achieved full marks in “Promoting Sustainable Development.” Notable corporate governance initiatives include:
- Establishing the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee, with half of its members being independent directors
- Implementing the Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System (TIPS)
- Supporting domestic cultural development through dedicated investments
- Disclosing senior executive remuneration policies linked to ESG performance
- Holding quarterly investor conferences to ensure transparent communication
Chairman Roger Liang commented,
“BizLink continues to deepen our corporate governance practices, with integrity management as a core group value. We actively strengthen board functions, enhance operational performance, and are committed to embedding ESG—Environmental, Social, and Governance—into our business decisions. We will continue to drive sustainable development and integrate it across our global operations.”
In addition to the honors received through the Corporate Governance Evaluation, BizLink has been recognized by leading international ESG rating agencies. The company has been consecutively invited to participate in the 2025 S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) and the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), further aligning its operations with global ESG benchmarks.
This year’s evaluation covered 1,749 companies—including 976 TWSE-listed and 773 TPEx-listed firms. Based on performance scores, companies were ranked into seven tiers: Top 5%, 6–20%, 21–35%, 36–50%, 51–65%, 66–80%, and 81–100%. The Top 5% ranking represents the highest honor, and BizLink joins 49 other benchmark companies in this elite group.
In addition to the overall rankings, companies were also assessed across five peer group categories, including:
- Financial and insurance industry
- Electronics industry with market value above NT$10 billion
- Non-financial and non-electronics industry with market value above NT$10 billion
- Companies with market value between NT$5 billion and NT$10 billion
- Companies with market value under NT$5 billion
These mixed-category rankings highlight corporate governance performance relative to industry peers and market capitalization. Within the Electronics Industry with Market Value Above NT$10 Billion, BizLink distinguished itself among 301 companies to achieve a Top 10% ranking.
