Quality Laboratory Engineer
Responsible for product testing

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Conduct material testing, including ORT (Ongoing Reliability Testing), and analyze test results.
- Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure laboratory records are accurate and up to date.
- Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a testing laboratory, manufacturing, or quality assurance environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation and reports accurately.
- English-speaking oriented; trilingual ability (English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) is preferred.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
