Key Responsibilities:
- Processing orders in accordance with customer requirements, cost control, correct entry of orders and their sub-steps in the ERP system, and organization of any external assembly tests and commissioning.
- Supporting sales in the preparation of quotations and providing technical support for production.
- Monitoring the timely delivery and invoicing of orders.
- Supporting customers and being responsible for all communication with customers, including customer or trade fair visits if necessary.
- Implementing or collaborating on new developments in your area.
- Making suggestions for production and quality improvements and creating the conditions for their implementation.
- Monitoring compliance with specified quality standards and quality characteristics in the ongoing manufacturing process in accordance with the QA system.
Job Requirements
- Basic technical training, degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering from a university of applied sciences or technical college
- Basic knowledge of design and development using CAD.
- Team player, friendly manner, independent, communicative, eager to learn, open-minded, reliable, entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
