Project Assistant Manager (Power Solution)

As a Project Assistant Manager (Power Solution), you'll act as a technical liaison for customers, developing design concepts, proposing application solutions, providing escalated support, and assisting with international training/installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for front-end design concept and communicating with customers about specs
  • Provide product application proposal and solution to the customer
  • Provide technical support to regional sales and outside customers for issues that have been escalated
  • International travel will be required to support installation and production training.
  • Support the Power team to reach the goal of the BizLink group (revenue, profit, service, etc.)
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Power industry background is a MUST, including power connectors, power cable, or power busbar.
  • Connector & Cable assembly related experience (development or manufacturing) is preferred.
  • Marketing analysis and product strategy for market needs is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the connector or cable-related market.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Team player, good communicator, performance-oriented.
  • Experience in a data center is a plus.
