A Program Manager oversees and coordinates a collection of related projects to achieve a broader organizational goal

Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate crossfunctional teams, ensuring effective communication and
- collaboration.
- Identify and assess potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address challenges to keep the project on track.
- Monitor project expenses and report on budget status to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risks, and
- key milestones.
- Conduct postproject reviews to capture lessons learned and apply insights to future
- projects.
Job Requirements
- Master/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering IT, Business Administration or Supply Chain
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, SAP
- Good Interpersonal Skills, selfinitiatives. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
- effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Lead and coordinate NPI activities from concept to initial mass production. (min at least
- 78 years in manufacturing industry)
- Ensure smooth transition from development to production, meeting quality and timeline
- requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to address
- preproduction challenges.
- Oversee pilot runs and validation processes to ensure production readiness.
