Key Responsibilities:
- We are looking for an experienced production supervisor who will be responsible for managing production in the assigned production segment, which includes approximately 50 production workers.
- Your task will be to ensure compliance with set targets (KPIs) and optimize production processes to achieve maximum efficiency and quality.
- Planning the deployment of workers and equipment will be a key aspect of your work, and you will need to address technical and quality issues that may arise during production.
- You will be assisted in managing the workplace by foremen who are operationally responsible for managing a given shift or part of the production workplace.
- A typical day in the position of production supervisor includes morning meetings with the team to set daily goals and subsequent monitoring of production throughout the day.
Job Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing company in a similar position is required
- Technical and creative thinking
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to continuously learn
