As a Product Line Manager, you'll drive the product strategy and roadmap for AI-focused interconnect solutions, managing market research translation into plans, guiding RFI/RFQ architecture proposals, and engaging key OEM partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market research and establish 3~5 years technology & product road map for market segments
- Participate in AI related industry trade organizations and trade shows worldwide and stay abreast of the technology trends, product trends and industry trends
- In response to customers’ RFI or RFQ, lead RD team and marketing team to come up with most feasible and competitive architecture of BizLink’s implementation that meets the PRD (product requirements document) of said RFI or RFQ
- Deep understanding of AI related industry trends and emerging technologies and familiarity with AI, machine learning, deep learning, and related hardware/software solutions.
- To spot technology trends of the interconnect industry and foster company’s capability to ride on these trends for capturing new markets and new business To develop and form an aerial vision on interconnect industry in general and applications in AI related industry for steering BizLink in the right direction and finding its best position in the industry and market To develop a 5year BizLink business growth plan based on growth plans of product portfolio, customer portfolio and market segments To engage with OEMs on ODM projects by properly aligning BizLink’s capabilities and resources for best practice and best execution
