Finance Manager/Deputy Manager
We are seeking a strategic and highly skilled Group Treasury Manager to oversee our group's corporate finance, liquidity management, and strategic fundraising. In this role, you will drive financial optimization across the organization by managing bank financing strategies, FX hedging, and medium-to-long-term capital allocation. Furthermore, you will lead financial digital transformation projects and ensure strict adherence to internal controls and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a solid background in risk management, and the ability to enhance overall financial operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Group's capital planning and liquidity management, ensuring efficient capital allocation and optimal capital utilization.
- Formulate and manage the Group's banking financing strategy, responsible for bank quota planning, loan structure optimization, and interest rate risk management.
- Develop and implement the Group's exchange rate hedging strategy, monitor foreign exchange market fluctuations, and reduce the impact of exchange rate risk on the Group.
- Review and supervise the Group's daily operational financial transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Lead the Group's financial projects, such as workflow optimization and digital transformation of finance, to improve financial operational efficiency.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of regularly and irregularly published information, meeting the reporting requirements of regulatory authorities.
- Prepare the Group's financial budget and annual report, and conduct financial data analysis and operational performance evaluation.
- Establish, implement, and optimize the Group's internal financial control system to ensure that all financial operations comply with internal control standards and regulatory requirements.
- Based on the company's operational and capital needs, plan medium- and long-term financing plans and assess the feasibility of various financing instruments.
- Other financial matters assigned by the executive director.
Job Requirements
- Over five years of experience in finance at a large enterprise (financing/capital management/foreign exchange hedging)
- Language Proficiency: English fluent
