Facility Manager
As a Facility Manager for BizLink, you will oversee facility operations and maintenance to ensure the site runs smoothly and stays in optimal technical condition. You will play a critical role in maintaining a secure, efficient, and well-managed physical environment to support our operations as a leading global supplier of interconnect solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical condition of buildings to ensure the smooth operation of the premises.
- Conduct regular inspections of the technical condition of all facilities and the overall site.
- Coordinate internal and external service activities, including detailed planning, coordination, and supervision.
- Participate in supplier selection procedures and conduct thorough evaluations of incoming offers.
- Communicate effectively with regulatory authorities, external suppliers, and internal company departments.
- Prepare and submit regular reports regarding facility status and operational metrics.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role focusing on maintenance or facility management.
- Demonstrated independence and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
