Director IMS, Compliance & Sustainability
We are seeking a Director for IMS, Compliance & Sustainability to spearhead the strategic evolution of our Integrated Management Systems and ESG framework across the Industrial Solutions and Electrical Appliances divisions. This high-impact role bridges technical compliance with global sustainability targets, reporting directly to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, manage, and continuously develop an efficient Integrated Management System (IMS) and Compliance Management System (ESG) in alignment with legal, contractual, and BizLink's corporate requirements.
- Oversee and evolve the Integrated Management System based on international standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001).
- Ensure the validity of all existing matrix certifications and drive further demanding stand-alone certifications.
- Plan and execute internal and external audits, and meticulously monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure all global sites fully comply with technical and legal specifications, including CE, UL, WEEE, and Material Compliance.
- Implement "Green Policies" to achieve decarbonization targets and manage environmental sustainability data (CSRD, ISO 14064).
- Uphold international social standards such as the corporate Code of Conduct and organize essential trainings (e.g., non-discrimination awareness).
- Manage the corporate Compliance System (ISO 37301), encompassing export control, data privacy protection, and the whistleblower system.
- Provide comprehensive management reviews, KPIs, and ESG data for the annual corporate CSR report.
- Empower the organization through targeted training programs to ensure all policies are fully understood and followed.
- Identify compliance challenges proactively and define strategic measures in cooperation with the Compliance Steering Committee.
Job Requirements
- Completed degree in industrial engineering or business administration with a focus on IMS and ESG.
- Professional background in an industrial environment, preferably in the cable assembly industry.
- Auditor qualification, e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064, ISO 50001, EMAS.
- Profound knowledge in the field of compliance, including export control, antitrust, and sustainability.
- Experience in leading teams, preferably internationally.
- Competence to collaborate with diverse interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work seamlessly with Top Management and communicate effectively.
- Very good written and spoken skills in German and English.
- High willingness to travel internationally.
