Customer Service Supervisor

BizLink is seeking a highly proactive and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead and inspire our customer support team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our clients and internal operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery. By managing order processing, assisting with pricing strategies, and overseeing customer satisfaction initiatives, you will build robust client relationships and drive continuous improvement in our global customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define departmental objectives, and effectively lead, supervise, and motivate the customer service team to consistently achieve corporate service targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, positive, and long-lasting interactive relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate internal sales requirements, including the management of product quotations, delivery schedules, and comprehensive order processing.
  • Assist the sales team in formulating competitive pricing strategies and conducting accurate cost analyses.
  • Establish annual customer satisfaction goals, and oversee the execution, compilation, and insightful analysis of customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Serve as the primary communication liaison for clients, efficiently and professionally managing customer complaints, returns, and exchange processes.
  • Execute other managerial tasks and ad-hoc projects as directed by senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of professional working experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field, with proven leadership or supervisory capabilities.
  • Fluent proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) to ensure seamless communication with global clients.
  • High proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Solid operational skills in document control, administrative processing, data entry, and maintaining up-to-date customer relationship management (CRM) records.
  • Proven expertise in handling incoming inquiries, personnel reception, and effectively resolving complex customer complaints.
  • Highly meticulous and patient approach to addressing and fulfilling diverse customer needs.
  • Exceptional proactive attitude with the ability to promptly relay customer feedback to internal cross-functional teams and provide rapid responses to clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate smooth internal coordination and external client negotiations
