Connector Engineer
BizLink is seeking an analytical Connector Engineer to specialize in the structural design and analysis of high-performance connectors for server applications. You will be responsible for creating precise engineering drawings, defining technical specifications, and resolving complex design challenges. This role is an excellent opportunity for Master's graduates to apply their academic expertise in a global manufacturing environment and contribute to the future of data center connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive structural analysis and mechanical design for electronic connector products, specifically for server-related applications.
- Develop detailed product engineering drawings and precise technical specifications to ensure manufacturing accuracy.
- Analyze product defects or performance issues and formulate effective engineering solutions and countermeasures.
- Execute other technical tasks and ad-hoc engineering projects as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome; no prior professional working experience is strictly required.
- Intermediate proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) for technical documentation and professional communication.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Pro/E (PTC Creo) for mechanical and structural design.
- Practical knowledge or experience with CAE mechanical analysis software, such as ABAQUS (Highly preferred).
- Academic research or thesis work specifically focused on connector design or cable assembly technology (Highly preferred).
