BizLink Expands in the White Goods Sector with Acquisition of PAS Appliance Systems SA De CV

BizLink Holding Inc. (TWSE: 3665) (“BizLink”), a global leader in interconnect solutions, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire PAS Appliance Systems SA De CV (“PAS MX”) from the Prettl group.

PAS MX, headquartered in Querétaro, Central Mexico, is a vertically integrated provider of wire harness assemblies and related products primarily for the white goods industry, supported by three production sites and a workforce of around 2,600 employees.

This acquisition further strengthens BizLink’s Electrical Appliances Business Unit (EABU) by broadening its customer base and enhancing its product and production footprint in North America. BizLink intends to invest in PAS MX’s operations, retain its employees, and ensure a smooth transition, while leveraging the new scale and capabilities to serve global appliance customers more effectively. With strong synergies between PAS MX’s capabilities and BizLink’s global platform, the addition of PAS MX represents a strategic expansion for BizLink’s Appliance, Powertools and Residential business into NAFTA and especially US markets.

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. The acquisition will be financed through an all-cash transaction. Further details will be announced upon closing.
