BizLink Completes Acquisition of PAS Appliance Systems SA De CV, Expanding North American Manufacturing Footprint

BizLink Holding Inc. (TWSE: 3665) (“BizLink”), a global leader in interconnect solutions, today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of PAS Appliance Systems SA De CV (“PAS MX”) from the Prettl Group. PAS MX will now operate as part of BizLink’s Electrical Appliances Business Unit (EABU) and will be renamed Excel Electrical Systems Mexico.

Headquartered in Querétaro, Central Mexico, PAS MX is a vertically integrated provider of wire harness assemblies and related products primarily for the white goods industry. The company operates three production sites and employs approximately 2,600 people.

The completion of this acquisition expands BizLink’s manufacturing footprint in Mexico, strengthening regional manufacturing resilience and optimizing production capacity across North America. By enhancing its operational scale in the USMCA region, BizLink is further reinforcing its ability to support customers with flexible, localized manufacturing and supply chain capabilities.

With the addition of PAS MX, BizLink further strengthens its capabilities across the appliance, power tools, and residential applications segments, while expanding its presence in the NAFTA region—particularly the United States market. The combination of PAS MX’s vertically integrated manufacturing expertise with BizLink’s global R&D, supply chain, and customer network will create new opportunities for growth and collaboration.

BizLink will retain all PAS MX employees and continue to invest in the development of its operations in Querétaro to ensure a smooth transition and support long-term growth.

This transaction was completed through an all-cash acquisition.
