Responsibilities:

• Responsible for continuously attracting and engaging talents through different channels – job boards, social media, direct search, networking events etc.
• Managing full recruitment cycle (from identifying potential hires, to interviewing and evaluating)
• Involved in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees
• Actively supporting and controlling an onboarding process for new hires
• Participating/ Coordinating various HR projects/programs  
• Be actively involved in training and development programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree preferably in humanities
• Experience with sourcing techniques, employer branding tools and tactics
• Advantage will have candidates with two-year experience in recruitment
• Proficient in English and Google Workspace
• Innovative, outside the box thinker, proactive, self disciplined, high integrity
