Location: North America - Mexico - Juarez

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the smooth and safe operation of machinery in operation (process monitoring)
• Being responsible for repairs which occurred during the operations of machinery
• Adjusts machinery to ensure high quality and production efficiency, minimizes machine downtime,
• Responsible for the completeness, timeplan and execution of the maintenance plan for machinery and equipment (including preventive maintenance)  
• Coordination with support functions / departments for a flawless execution of the maintenance plan
• Ensures the necessary amount of spare parts,
• Is responsible for compliance of machines with regulations and operating standards
• Is responsible for observing safety at work and order in production, related to machinery
• Responsible for training of new employees on machines
• Performs preventive measurements of actual machines OEE (machine availability) and comparison with goals
• Keep the preventive maintenance plan of each machine updated. Add findings after new breakdowns.
• Verifying the actual state of the equipment and to verify the achievement of the best conversion/set-up time
• Responsibility for following and adhering to the existing quality management system and environmental management system in the extension of the managed processes and tasks.
• Proceeds other tasks according to superior´s order, related to the job description, exceptionally out of this description

Qualifications:

• Fluent English in speaking and writing, should have Spanish / Mexican mother language
