Location: North America - Mexico - Juarez

Responsibilities:

• Ensures documentation for new products – master data, parts lists, work procedures, drawings, product calculations, change procedures
• Cooperates in introducing changes based on customer needs, design, new production procedures, etc.
• Coordinates the production of samples
• Ensures testing, verification of processability and release of new components, quick-changeable tools for processing in serial production
• Cooperates in the introduction of tools to increase the efficiency of the production process, in the launch of new projects, participates in the improvement of the product portfolio
• Monitors compliance with technological regulations and parameters, submits proposals for resolving discrepancies
• Defines production process parameters (including standard times) during prototype, project and serial phase with related documentation considering the required production output according calculation and product quality
• Providing input for FMEA
• Participates in the collection and evaluation of data during the statistical monitoring of processes
• Active collaboration in root cause analysis and mitigation of customer complaints as well as continuous improvement projects
• Development and creation of workstations, fixtures, gauges, etc. for the production considering required production output, ergonomy, functionality and quality
• Creation of serial work and test instructions 
• Proceeds other tasks according to superior´s order, related to the job description, exceptionally out of this description
• Responsible for production readiness approval of new equipment and machinery
• Creation of training material and performing trainings with operators related to handling of tools and equipment
• Active selt-training and research on state of the art technologies
• Definition of machine / tool specifications for purchasing
• Performing of lessons learned documentation
   

Qualifications:

• Fluent English in speaking and writing, should have Spanish / Mexican mother language
