Special Project Manager/Deputy Manager

Location: Greater China-Taiwan-New Taipei City

Responsibilities:

• Perform special projects/task as assigned by team lead or top management.
• Assist and participate in the execution of global campaign projects aligning with corporate strategy map.
• Work with digital transformation office to enhance internal communication activities.
• Facilitate annual corporate strategy setting and target setting processes.
• Collect data metrics from global campaign projects and updating to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist to maintain and keep track of database for global campaign projects on quarterly and annual basis.
• Drive internal Best Practice Sharing programs to improve corporate communication and strategy alignment.
• Work closely with corporate communications teams on communicating company policies, updating company’s websites and contributing to company’s internal publications from Group level to regional office.
• Collaborate with management team to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on targeted stakeholders.
• To manage and make improvements on internal communication strategies and plan.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to assess the communications. environment, both in general and for specific communication projects.

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years experience in management consulting / change management.
• Previous experience working in an international company with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds .
• Able to apply project management standards, processes, tools, team leadership, and techniques appropriate for a variety of project types, sizes, and criticalities.
• Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationship with assigned stakeholders on selected projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation making and delivery skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Possess IT Savvy skills and creative in designing would be a bonus.
