Company: Xiang Yao Electronics (Shenzhen) Co.

Location: Greater China-Guangdong-Shenzhen

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product quality management of designated products, processes and customer complaints
• Daily quality problem investigation, follow-up and improvement, risk identification and elimination
• Prepare APQP/PPAP, FAI, CP, SIP and other related documents
• Organise  meetings to deal with various quality abnormalities, quality project improvement and continuous process quality improvement
• Develop product quality standards and education and training
• Register and promote customer complaint handling, customer return product analysis and other matters.

Qualifications:

• Degree in science or engineering
• Applicants with English listening and speaking skills are preferred
• More than 2 years' experience in quality assurance, preferably those with experience in automotive electronics and wire harnesses
• Familiar with APQP/PPAP, etc., preference will be given to those familiar with IPC620 and USCAR21.
