As a VSBU Engineer/Manager, you'll lead the development of automotive connectors, focusing on high-power, high-frequency, and waterproof solutions while ensuring adherence to IATF16949 quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the team to develop automotive highpower or highfrequency connectors (including waterproof) and other related products, or have experience in selfdeveloped products or SI simulation.
Have rich theoretical foundation and product development experience in highpower, highfrequency connectors or waterproof connectors.
Familiar with IATF16949 automotive product development quality procedures.
Good English skills, with the ability to write and speak in engineering English.
