Key Responsibilities:

Lead the team to develop automotive high-power or high-frequency connectors (including waterproof) and other related products, or have experience in self-developed products or SI simulation.
Have a rich theoretical foundation and product development experience in high-power, high-frequency connectors or waterproof connectors.

Job Requirements

Familiar with IATF16949 automotive product development quality procedures.
Good English skills, with the ability to write and speak in engineering English.
