Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist, you'll drive the group's recruitment strategy, responsible for developing sourcing plans, optimizing channels, building talent pipelines, and analyzing data for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
- Develop short-term and long-term recruitment strategies with Site HR based on group development and manpower planning.
- Analyze internal and external talent market trends and optimize recruitment channels and methods to ensure a stable source of outstanding talent.
- Recruitment process and job vacancy management.
- Work with business unit supervisors to identify job vacancies and design appropriate recruitment processes.
- Establish and optimize talent screening standards to improve the accuracy and efficiency of selection.
- Responsible for the resume screening, interview arrangement, and candidate evaluation of important vacancies in the group to ensure compliance with corporate culture and business needs.
- Manage the internal job vacancy website and review JD quality with Site HR regularly.
- Talent search and market development.
- Build a talent pool through diversified recruitment channels (such as LinkedIn, 104, talent search consultants, industry communities, and campus recruitment).
- Establish and maintain a key talent pipeline to ensure that the Group has sufficient candidate reserves for key positions.
- Conduct market analysis and regularly update industry salary trends and talent supply and demand.
- Recruitment data analysis and continuous optimization.
- Track and analyze recruitment data (such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate) and provide optimization suggestions.
- Regularly prepare talent reports to provide decision-making references to optimize recruitment resource allocation and strategies.
- Explore and introduce new technologies (such as AI recruitment tools and big data analysis) to improve recruitment efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 8 years of talent acquisition (TA) or HR related experience, preferably with experience in multinational companies or the technology, manufacturing industry.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in Chinese and English, and the ability to communicate with international talent is a plus (TOEIC 600 or above).
