Talent Acquisition Manager
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging data-driven methodologies and state-of-the-art AI technologies to enhance recruitment pipelines and cultivate a robust talent pool. You will contribute to the attraction of high-potential talent by offering precise market insights and collaborating with a team across borders. Please assist the Group in its continuous growth and strengthening of its organizational structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute short-, medium-, and long-term global and regional recruitment strategies, collaborating closely with regional Site HRs to ensure alignment with the Group's workforce planning.
- Analyze internal and external talent market trends and industry compensation, continuously optimizing recruitment channels to ensure a stable pipeline of top talent.
- Design and standardize recruitment processes, partnering with Business Unit (BU) leaders to precisely define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Establish rigorous talent screening standards, personally executing resume screening, interview scheduling, and in-depth candidate evaluation for critical/executive roles within the Group.Manage and maintain internal corporate career sites, regularly reviewing and optimizing the quality of all Job Descriptions (JDs) with Site HRs.
- Develop and maintain diversified recruitment channels (including LinkedIn, 104 Job Bank, headhunters, industry communities, and campus recruitment) to build a key talent pool.
- Track and analyze core recruitment metrics (e.g., Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate), generating regular talent reports to support decision-making.
- Introduce and explore new recruitment technologies (e.g., AI recruitment tools, big data analysis) to maximize overall hiring efficiency and resource allocation.
Job Requirements
- More than 15 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) or related Human Resources fields.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent business foreign language proficiency).
- Strong Stakeholder Management capabilities and Business Acumen.
- A growth mindset with a strong willingness to embrace technology and data.
