Equipment Operator

BizLink is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Equipment Operator to ensure the seamless and efficient operation of our production line machinery. This role goes beyond standard operation; it requires a strong engineering background to conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot technical anomalies, and assist in new product technology transfers. By maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality protocols, you will play a foundational role in driving our manufacturing excellence and delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production line machinery and equipment precisely in strict accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Conduct routine daily inspections of equipment operational status, performing regular preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubrication.
  • Perform initial diagnostics upon detecting equipment anomalies, troubleshoot minor malfunctions independently, and escalate severe technical issues promptly.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with other production line members to execute product assembly, inspection, and packaging workflows efficiently.
  • Ensure all operational processes and manufacturing outputs strictly comply with established quality control standards.
  • Document and maintain highly accurate daily production reports and detailed equipment operation logs.
  • Adhere strictly to all factory safety regulations and protocols to ensure a secure, hazard-free workplace environment.
  • Execute other production duties, equipment-related tasks, and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 5 years of proven working experience in equipment operation, maintenance, or manufacturing technology.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) for technical documentation and communication.
  • High proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), as well as engineering design software including AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Demonstrated hands-on skills in electronic product technology transfer operations and comprehensive electronic system testing.
  • Practical experience in executing incoming and outgoing quality inspections, as well as handling New Product Introductions (NPI).
  • Deep understanding of mechanical operation principles, equipment specifications, and industrial safety standards.
  • Solid practical capability in performing basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a meticulous, responsible, and safety-first mindset.
  • Strong teamwork spirit with the ability to collaborate effectively across different manufacturing units.
