Equipment Operator
BizLink is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Equipment Operator to ensure the seamless and efficient operation of our production line machinery. This role goes beyond standard operation; it requires a strong engineering background to conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot technical anomalies, and assist in new product technology transfers. By maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality protocols, you will play a foundational role in driving our manufacturing excellence and delivering high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production line machinery and equipment precisely in strict accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Conduct routine daily inspections of equipment operational status, performing regular preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubrication.
- Perform initial diagnostics upon detecting equipment anomalies, troubleshoot minor malfunctions independently, and escalate severe technical issues promptly.
- Coordinate seamlessly with other production line members to execute product assembly, inspection, and packaging workflows efficiently.
- Ensure all operational processes and manufacturing outputs strictly comply with established quality control standards.
- Document and maintain highly accurate daily production reports and detailed equipment operation logs.
- Adhere strictly to all factory safety regulations and protocols to ensure a secure, hazard-free workplace environment.
- Execute other production duties, equipment-related tasks, and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven working experience in equipment operation, maintenance, or manufacturing technology.
- Intermediate proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) for technical documentation and communication.
- High proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), as well as engineering design software including AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Demonstrated hands-on skills in electronic product technology transfer operations and comprehensive electronic system testing.
- Practical experience in executing incoming and outgoing quality inspections, as well as handling New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Deep understanding of mechanical operation principles, equipment specifications, and industrial safety standards.
- Solid practical capability in performing basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a meticulous, responsible, and safety-first mindset.
- Strong teamwork spirit with the ability to collaborate effectively across different manufacturing units.
