Stamping Production Operator
BizLink is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Stamping Production Operator to support our daily stamping manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for executing production tasks, from product sampling to packaging, as well as managing tooling inventory and maintaining a highly organized workspace. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily production flows and consistently delivering high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute stamping operations, including product sampling, mass production, and packaging for inventory storage.
- Participate actively in internal and external professional training programs to continuously enhance operational skills.
- Manage the receipt, distribution, and proper storage (racking) of stamping molds and production fixtures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment by strictly executing 6S methodologies.
- Execute other operational tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Basic understanding of stamping production processes and tooling handling procedures.
- Strong sense of responsibility, workplace safety, and attention to detail in executing 6S standards.
