Technicien(ne) Support Client / Field Service
As a Customer Support / Field Service Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction both in France and internationally. Based in France, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our medical devices, either remotely or directly on-site. Your work will contribute directly to the reliability of our products and the quality of service our clients receive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commission and maintain medical devices at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues (both hardware and software).
- Prepare intervention reports and technical analysis documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product and service quality.
- Support the monitoring of customer complaints and maintenance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with all internal departments as well as international customer sites.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in maintenance, industrial systems, robotics, or a related field.( healthcare experience vill be very appreciate)
- Knowledge in electrical engineering, mechanics, robotics, electronics, and industrial computing.
- Fluent in both English and French (required).
- Possession of a valid category B driving license is mandatory.
- Autonomy, initiative, customer service mindset, strong communication skills, team spirit, stress management, and a desire to learn.
