Senior System Engineer
As a Senior System Engineer, you'll manage and maintain our complex global IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, high availability, and security across on-prem virtualization and hybrid cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and management of computer room hosts, storage equipment, and information system applications
- Virtualization hyperconvergence system management, including VMware vSAN/HyperV/KVM, Dell/HPE/Lenovo server, NetApp Storage/Synology NAS hardware and software
- Windows and Linux operating systems, including AD/DNS/DHCP/SQL/FTP/Printer/AntiVirus/EDR service applications
- Hybrid cloud planning and management, including Google GWS/GCP, Microsoft 365/Azure, AWS services
- Infrastructure system infrastructure, zero trust and SSO identity verification, writing Shell Script automation programs, backup version control
- IDC room maintenance and management, system monitoring, log analysis and processing, warning notification
- Information system high availability architecture design, regular backup and disaster recovery planning, information security control planning, introduction and implementation
- Write the manager manual and maintenance standard procedure SOP, and provide education and training for users
- Able to communicate in English to perform global IT support operations, including executing crossdepartmental projects and cooperating with ISO27001 internal and external audits
Job Requirements
- MCSE or MCDBA or RHCE or VCP system professional certification is preferred
- Having GCP Professional Cloud Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect cloud certification is a plus
- Having ISO27001 Lead Auditor, CompTIA Security (CompTIA Security+), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) ICT security certification is preferred
- ITIL, Project Management Professional (PMP) management certification is preferred
