Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Implementation: The reserve cadre will participate in the strategic planning process of the enterprise, and under the guidance of executive management, will be responsible for the implementation and supervision of specific strategies to ensure the realization of corporate goals.
  • Business Operation Management: responsible for the coordination and management of the daily operation of the enterprise, which includes overseeing the performance of the business unit to ensure the rational allocation of resources and enhancement of operational efficiency.
  • Financial Management and Cost Control: The reserve cadres need to participate in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control to ensure the stability of the company’s financial position and to support the company’s long-term development goals.
  • Marketing and Customer Relationship Management: The reserve cadres may be responsible for formulating and executing marketing strategies, developing new markets, and maintaining customer relationships to support corporate growth and brand value.
  • Team Management and Development: The reserve cadres will be responsible for leading and developing the team, including talent recruitment, training, performance evaluation, etc., to ensure the efficient operation of the team and the growth of employees.
  • Innovation and Risk Management: The reserve cadres will be responsible for driving business innovation, managing business-related risks, and developing contingency plans to ensure that the organization is able to respond to market changes and competitive challenges.
  • Reporting and Executive Team Communication: Regularly report to executive management on business progress, financial status, and market dynamics, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support the strategic decisions of the organization.
  • Project Management: the reserve cadres may lead or participate in key projects within the organization, such as new product development, business expansion, process optimization, etc., to ensure the successful implementation of these projects.

Job Requirements

  • business or management experience, which should include strategic planning, financial management, marketing, operations management, etc.
  • Candidates are required to have some team management experience and be able to effectively lead and motivate team members.
  • Strategic Thinking: Possess macro vision and strategic thinking, able to integrate the long-term goals of the company with daily operations to promote the development of the company.
  • Strong leadership potential with the ability to effectively manage teams, drive projects, solve problems, and achieve goals.
  • Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, able to quickly identify issues and provide solutions in a complex business environment.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, able to effectively coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to promote teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Familiar with financial statement analysis and able to make informed business decisions based on financial data.
  • Willingness and ability to continuously learn and adapt to new business trends and management models in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Highly accountable and decisive, able to remain calm under pressure and take Ability to identify and drive innovation and find new ways to improve the operational efficiency and competitiveness of the business.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with preference given to candidates with international work experience.
  • Candidates should have an international perspective and cross-cultural management skills, and be able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
