SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE
The Senior HR Executive manages comprehensive foreign worker operations within an industrial organization, ensuring strict adherence to government, immigration, and statutory regulations. This role serves as the primary liaison with government authorities and internal stakeholders to oversee quotas, maintain accurate employment documentation, and facilitate smooth onboarding, deployment, and repatriation processes. By upholding compliance in hostel and employment standards, the executive ensures a stable and legally compliant foreign workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage foreign worker permit applications, renewals, and cancellations to ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Coordinate FOMEMA, immigration, and related statutory requirements for foreign workers.
- Maintain accurate foreign worker records, including permits, passports, and employment documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities, agencies and internal stakeholders on foreign worker matters.
- Monitor foreign worker quota utilization and provide regular manpower updates.
- Support onboarding, deployment and repatriation processes for foreign workers.
- Ensure compliance with hostel and employment regulations related to foreign workers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
- Need 4 to 5 years of experience handling foreign worker matters.
