Senior Financial Analyst
The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to the Operations team, moving beyond traditional accounting to drive profitability. This role focuses on cost transparency, inventory integrity, and pricing strategy, ensuring that financial data translates into actionable business improvements and rigorous internal control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling month-end closing, monitoring all costs expenges,revenues are posted in approriate period.
- Analysis of Scrap, Efficiency, and GP for Operations Improvement
- Driving a Price Increase for Loss-Making Part lumber and Slow-moving Inventory.
- To organize the semi-annual inventory and fixed asset stocktake, and to track and resolve any discrepancies found during the count.
- Track actual investment against budget and return on investment.
- Agree, analysis, and release price of new product based on approval matrix.
- Assist with budget preparation and upload to the PBCS cloud system.
- Monitor MRO expenditure，return of scrap sales.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting/Financial Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in function usage, English CET-6 or above, strong team management experience, SAP experience preferred, familiar with relevant accounting procedures.
- Strong upward management skills, able to assist subordinates in problem-solving, logical thinking, adept at identifying and resolving issues from surface-level data.
