Sales Specialist
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the company's sales growth in the optical communications market, with key responsibilities including deeply maintaining and expanding client relationships, developing and executing regional sales strategies, and analyzing market dynamics to achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities within the assigned region (primarily domestic) to achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain client relationships, actively develop new clients, provide excellent aftersales service, and handle customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and plans to increase product awareness and generate sales opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence, analyze customer needs and market trends, and propose and effectively implement strategic recommendations.
- Complete other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in the optical communications industry; familiar with market dynamics, the competitive landscape, and proficient in sales techniques and strategies with solid product knowledge.
- Excellent customer communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships; possesses strong business negotiation and persuasion skills.
- A team player with a collaborative spirit, able to work closely with team members to achieve collective sales goals; some team management capabilities are a plus.
- Good command of English (CET4 or above), capable of using it for professional communication.
- Willingness to undertake shortterm business travel.
