Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor will lead the front-line AEC (Active Electrical Cable) assembly teams, ensuring daily output targets are met with high quality and safety standards. This role acts as a critical bridge between management and local operators, requiring professional fluency in Chinese to coordinate technical and operational requirements. You will oversee the precision soldering and assembly processes for AI and Data Center high-speed cables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Management: Execute daily production schedules to meet OEE and output targets for AEC lines.
- On-site Process Supervision: Supervise key processes including wire preparation, precision soldering, and high-frequency testing.
- Local Team Leadership: Manage and train local Vietnamese operators on SOPs, IPC standards, and safety protocols.
- Quality & Waste Control: Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY) and reduce material scrap during the cable assembly process.
- Bilingual Coordination: Translate technical instructions from Chinese-speaking management to local staff to ensure 100% operational alignment.
Job Requirements
- Vietnamese National with professional fluency in Chinese (HSK 5 or equivalent).
- Over five years in electronics manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in cable assembly is preferred; experience in Smartphones, Notebooks (NB), or Wearable devices assembly is highly acceptable.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Management fields.
- Basic knowledge of soldering, crimping, and electrical testing.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and ability to handle high-pressure manufacturing environments.
- Proficient in MS Excel for daily production reporting
