Production Manager
In this start-up phase, the Production Manager will be the architect of the AEC manufacturing system. Your mission is to establish efficient production lines for our new facility serving AI and Data Center markets, overseeing the full process from cable extrusion/drawing to precision soldering. You will ensure all assembly processes are executed with maximum efficiency, total compliance, and zero ethical compromise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Green-field Setup & Process Planning: Lead the AEC production line layout and oversee the installation/commissioning of cable extrusion/drawing and automated CST machinery.
- Precision Soldering Management: Establish and monitor standards for precision soldering (micro-coaxial/terminals) to ensure signal integrity for high-frequency transmission.
- Operational Execution: Define and drive production KPIs (Yield, OEE, FPY) based on headquarters’ targets, ensuring smooth transition from NPI to mass production.
- Policy Governance & Compliance: Draft production SOPs emphasizing transparency and standardization, ensuring compliance with international standards (e.g., IPC/WHMA-A620) and local labor/environmental laws.
- Audit Readiness & Integrity: Maintain a "Clean Audit" trail for all production decisions, enforcing a "zero-tolerance" approach to kickbacks and data falsification.
Job Requirements
- Five to eight + years of experience in electronics manufacturing management; prior experience in start-up operations is highly preferred.
- Must have a background in cable harness or precision electronics assembly. If lacking cable experience, candidates must possess production management experience in Notebooks (NB), Smartwatches, or Smartphones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Management.
- Professional fluency in Chinese or English (both spoken and written).
- Familiarity with signal integrity principles, high-frequency testing (TDR/VNA), and precision assembly techniques (soldering, overmolding).
- Expert-level Excel and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau).
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and building processes from zero.
