Product Quality Inspector
BizLink is seeking a detail-oriented and highly responsible Product Quality Inspector to safeguard our manufacturing excellence. In this essential role, you will be on the front lines of our production floor, executing rigorous IPQC, FQC, and OQC processes. By operating precision measurement equipment and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that all components and finished goods consistently meet our stringent quality standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Final Quality Control (FQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) routing inspections to maintain rigorous manufacturing standards.
- Inspect incoming components, semi-finished assemblies, and final products to ensure strict compliance with engineering specifications and quality criteria.
- Monitor and manage the quality inspection progress in alignment with dynamic production schedules to guarantee on-time product delivery.
- Document and maintain highly accurate records of all inspection data, test results, and quality control metrics.
- Operate and maintain various precision measurement instruments and testing machines to conduct accurate dimensional and functional verifications.
- Participate actively in quality control process optimization initiatives to continuously enhance inspection accuracy and stabilize overall production quality.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and other relevant departments to validate and ensure uncompromised quality during New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Execute other quality-related duties and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
- At least 1 year of hands-on working experience in quality inspection, quality control, or a related manufacturing role.
- Proven ability to operate basic precision measurement tools and testing equipment.
- Highly meticulous and detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility for product quality.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new quality standards and participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Good cross-functional communication skills to collaborate effectively with production and engineering teams.
