Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance of subordinates to ensure the achievement of individual and organizational goals
- Responsible for product safety regulations, drawings, BOM issuance review
- Responsible for sample production review
- RFQ, RFS, ECR/ECN review, new product introduction mass production review. Track NPI progress
- Assist the quality control department to resolve customer requirements and complaints
- Participate in the audit of suppliers
- Other temporary work items and other work content arranged by superiors
Job Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in product technology management, familiar with ISO9000 system management
- More than 5 years of experience in R&D or engineering team management
- Familiar with the company's product structure, performance, mechanism, etc.
